Wish List. 18th January 2012

Hi Chaps and Chapesses hope all fine and dandy.

Thank goodness it is bit milder today. I am still waiting to try out my four wheel drive and winter tyres, but with any luck I will not get the opportunity.

I was discussing with a friend about how some ladies have a ‘wish’ list on their web sites for guys who want to take a gift when they visit. The choice generally consists of perfume, candles, gift vouchers and similar. Well I am a woman of simple tastes and of course I like perfume, candles and even cushions…all the typical things. However, I had a chap yesterday brought me a Saveloy Dip with all the trimmings, stuffing, pease pudding and mustard and I was ecstatic! It was absolutely gorgeous. I had mentioned when we were last together that you just don’t get them any more so he made it his mission to find me one. How lovely is that.

On my wish list I would have….. toilet rolls and dishwasher tablets  (always forget to get some) and my favourite is probably Asparagus cuppa soups! Better than Chanel no 5 any day…probably best not to dab it behind the ears though. lol!
